We were approached by an institution to develop a fully functional FAR suite. We delivered a suite that includes workflow tracking, a faculty appointment centre, web profiles, a faculty finder, and reports. It can be easily integrated with data from other sources and has a clean and easy-to-use interface that ensures an excellent user experience.

Project Execution

Wed used Java-based technologies such as Thymeleaf and Spring to develop the FAR suite, including features like workflow tracking, faculty appointment centre, web profiles, faculty finder, reports, and integration with data from other sources. The FAR suite can manage faculty appointments, promotions, tenure progress, reappointments, annual performance reviews, education activities, and several activities. It also allows for customization by adding custom sections for collecting data tailored to each institution's specific needs. The configuration-based model can shape the system according to the preferences of any faculty.

The outcome of this development effort was the creation of a robust and fully functional FAR suite, boasting a clean and user-friendly interface that ensures a seamless user experience.
